The house is currently under construction and is scheduled for
completion in January, 1998. But, el Niņo may have something to say about that.
Well, Mr. Niņo did cause us a great deal of grief. We ended up moving in on the 17th of February instead of the 15th of January. That's all water under and around the area by now. We still don't have a front yard (included with the house) because the weather has made them so far behind. We have not been able to start on the back yard as they have not been able to finish the side yard and we have a temporary fence and no drains in the yard.
All in all we are very happy with the house and will be even happier when the lousy dishwasher they included is replaced -- on the 18th of April.
